In addition, recent studies are showing that people with healthy vitamin D & zinc levels are less susceptible to the disease.  This week a study revealed that if a person has normal vitamin D levels they are 75% less likely to contract covid and it has been less lethal to those who do get it.  I suggest 5,000 IU of vitamin D daily.  On the zinc side, do not take large doses of zinc for a long period of time.  Selenium (100 mcg) is also helpful.

In order to dispel some fear concerning the disease, the CDC has recently published that – of those that have died – 94% have had one or more co-morbidities.   Statistically, that means that - of 150,000+ deaths  -  9,000 of the people did not have a co-morbidity.   The average age of death is 77 years old.  The death rate for those under 18 is nil.  At one point, 40% of all deaths were in nursing homes.   (Note:  Italy also published the “94%” co-morbidity statistic several months ago.)

Finally, there are doctors that have treated their covid patients with anti-inflammatory steroids and have had promising results.  (Dexamethasone, budesonide)
